Shipping Policy and Delivery Charges
1. Scope of Application

This Shipping Policy applies to all mattresses, bed frames, and related accessories sold by Horizon Industries Sdn. Bhd.

Delivery services are available within Peninsular Malaysia only. Delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) is currently not available unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Mattress and Bed Frame Delivery
2.1 Delivery Charges

All mattresses and bed frames will be delivered by logistics partners appointed by Horizon Industries Sdn. Bhd., subject to a minimum standard delivery charge (applicable within West Malaysia only).

Delivery services are not available on public holidays, including but not limited to:

New Year’s Day , Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Aidilftri, Hari Raya Haji, Labour Day , National Day & Other offcially declared public holidays

2.3 Delivery Timeline

Mattresses and bed frames will be scheduled for delivery within 14 to 21 business days upon order confrmation.

2.4 Delivery Arrangement

Once the goods arrive at the logistics warehouse, the logistics department of Horizon Industries Sdn. Bhd. will contact the customer to arrange a delivery appointment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and ensuring availability for delivery coordination.

2.5 Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed at the confirmed appointment time due to reasons including but not limited to:

Any redelivery fees incurred shall be borne by the customer.

2.6 Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect the product and packaging immediately upon delivery.

If any visible damage or irregularities are found, customers must:

1. Inform the delivery personnel immediately

2. Record the issue on the delivery order

3. Notify our Customer Service Department within 24 hours

Failure to report issues at the time of delivery shall constitute acceptance of the goods in good condition.

3. Accessories Delivery

All accessory items (including bed frames, bedsheets, pillows, bolsters, mattress protectors, and similar products) will be delivered within 14 to 21 business days upon order confirmation.

Delivery methods may vary depending on product type, size, and logistics arrangements.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Customers may generally expect delivery within 10 to 21 business days from the date of order confirmation.

This timeline is an estimate only. Actual delivery may occur earlier or later depending on circumstances.

Approximately one (1) week after order confirmation, our logistics department will contact customers to arrange delivery.
