Horizon Industries Sdn.Bhd. Purchase Terms & Policies

The following terms and conditions of purchase apply to all orders placed by you (the “Buyer” or “you”) with Horizon Industries Sdn. Bhd. (the “Company” or “we”). By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to place and complete the transaction.

1. Order Acceptance

1. All orders must be confirmed by the Company to be valid. Orders not confirmed are not binding.

2. The Company reserves the right to reject any order at any time for reasons including stock availability, pricing, or other reasonable causes.

3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Purchase Terms & Policies. Any terms in a purchase order or other documents that are inconsistent with these Terms shall not form part of the contract.

4. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please notify the Company promptly.

2. Pricing and Specifications

1. All prices listed are current and in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or charges.

2. Product availability may be limited, and delivery times depend on stock and logistics arrangements.

3. The Company reserves the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. In the event of any pricing errors in published materials, the Company reserves the right to correct the prices and notify the Buyer.

3. Orders and Payment Terms

1. Orders are not binding until confirmed by the Company. Confirmation is at the Company’s sole discretion.

2. Payment may be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or any other method designated by the Company.

3. All charges must be paid upon order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. If payment fails or payment information is incorrect, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order without liability.

5. Credit or debit card payments are subject to approval by the issuing bank. The Company and its partners shall not be liable if the bank declines or fails to honor the payment.

4. Cancellation and Returns

1. All orders are processed immediately upon confirmation and are non-cancellable.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

1. The Company is committed to protecting the Buyer’s personal information, which will only be used to process orders, delivery, and related after-sales services.

2. Personal information will not be used for other commercial purposes without the Buyer’s consent.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Purchase Terms & Policies are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.

2. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the current laws of Malaysia.

7. Delivery Scope and Force Majeure

1. Delivery is limited to Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery times and methods are at the Company’s discretion.

2. In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, transport delays, or supply chain disruptions), the Company may delay delivery or cancel the order without liability.
