Certificate of Warranty

This local limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects in products purchased from authorized dealers and certified by aussie sleep marketing sdn bhd. The warranty period begins from the date of mattress delivery and will not be extended or renewed due to repair or replacement.

Conditions of Warranty

1. The company offers a 12-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or negligent use. Issues related to personal comfort preferences (such as firmness), as well as defects caused by factors beyond the manufacturer’s control, including natural disasters, are not covered.

2. This warranty does not apply to normal body impressions of 2 inches (5 cm) or less. All mattresses will develop body impressions over time as the upholstery settles and conforms to the body; this is a normal condition and not a structural defect covered by this limited warranty. Body impressions are a normal characteristic of premium mattresses, indicating that the comfort layers are adapting to your body, and are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Transportation cost shall be borne by purchaser. (standard charge west my : rm200 / east my: rm400). Transportation charges are subject to change due to factors beyond the company’s control, including fuel and toll adjustments. The company reserves the right to revise such charges.

4. During the warranty period, aussie sleep marketing sdn bhd reserves the right, upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect, to repair or replace the product at its sole discretion (including the appearance, border, and other parts).

5. If the sleep set is in a severely unsanitary condition (e.g., Blood, urine, fleas, or other stains), has damage from stain penetration or cleaning, or if the failure is caused by factors other than defective workmanship or materials, aussie sleep marketing sdn bhd reserves the right to refuse service and void the warranty.

6. The company reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality if identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement.

1. This warranty is provided at the country of purchase to the original purchaser from aussie sleep marketing sdn bhd company or its authorized dealers/retailers and valid only for residential use commencing from the original date of purchase. Contract and commercial usages are not covered by this warranty.

2. The manufacturer is responsible for no incidental nor consequential damages. Implied warranties are limited to the period of this warranty.

3. We does not warrant that this product is suitable for any person’s health or medical condition, and makes no warranty beyond what is contained in writing herein. Any adverse health reactions like suffocation from improper use of products is at the onus of the user.

4. The company reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if the purchase receipt cannot be provided, or any request for replacement or refund arising from changes in appearance or comfort.

According to international sleep concepts, the average effective life of a new mattress is 8–10 years. Even the highest-quality mattresses can only provide optimal comfort during the first few years. Over time, the support and comfort of the mattress gradually decrease, and when you notice a decline in your sleep quality, it’s time to replace it.

IMPORTANT TIPS OF MATTRESS MAINTENANCE & CARE

• Little compression of upholstery material is normal status. So that turn your mattress from head to toe and flip upside down every 3~6 months to equalize body impressions is necessary.

• Always use a mattress protector pad on your mattress to avoid stains and soiling.
• Leave your mattress uncovered from bed sheet/cover for several hours each week to keep the internal upholstery layers dry and hygienic.
• Keep it dry to extend the life of a mattress.
• Don’t bend, fold, or drag your mattress.
• Don’t stand or jump on beds.
